Each winner will receive 1x £50 Tesco Voucher for use in Tesco stores only. The voucher will be valid for 5 years from the date of purchase by the promoter. Voucher must be presented at the time of purchase, can only be used once and must be surrendered upon use. Only original and undamaged coupons accepted. Void if altered or tampered with. Entry Terms and Conditions:
1. Entry is open to residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18+ except employees (and their immediate families) of The Pizza Company and any other companies associated with the Competition.
2. No purchase required.
3. Entry is possible by filling in The Pizza Company Customer Survey on thepizzacompanyuk.com/winpizzacoprizes .There is no charge toregister for use of this website. Entries are limited to one per person, per day, per household.
4. How to enter: Entrants must visit thepizzacompanyuk.com/winpizzacoprizes and complete The Pizza Company Survey in full and supply their email address to be contacted as a winner. One entry per person, per household. Maximum entries per person for the duration of the promotion is 1. Any person or household making multiple entries and winning more than one prize will be disqualified.
5. Winners of all prizes will be selected at random once the pormotion period has ended. There will be 1 draw undertaken 5 winners in total. Winners will be notified by email before a letter of prize confirmation/prize is sent out.
6. Please see the Promotor’s site thepizzacompanyuk.com/privacypolicy which sets out the terms on which the Promotor processes any personal data collected from you. By using the Promotor’s website and entering the Competition or filling the entry form, you acknowledge that the processing is necessary in order for the Promotor to fulfil its obligations to you in respect of this Competition and to enable you to enter the Competition. You agree to the Promoter transferring your personal data to other members of the Promoter's Group and to other third parties as necessary for the purpose of promoting and/or facilitating the Competition, including the fulfilment of prizes. You warrant that all personal data provided by you for the purpose of the Competition is accurate.

10. The Promoter takes no responsibility for prize winner's claims that are lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt or of prize entitlement. Receipts will not be returned.
11. No responsibility is accepted for any incomplete, ineligible entries (which may be disqualified at the Promoter's discretion) or entries which fail to arrive if requested.
12. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
13. There are no cash or other alternatives in whole or in part to the stated prizes and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of prizes from the date of winner confirmation.
17. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of notification, or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promotor reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the prize is organised. Once the prize details including the details of the guest, dates, locations and activities are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
18. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid disappointment.
19. Insofar as permitted by law and without prejudice to entrants’ statutory rights, the Promoter cannot accept any responsibility and exclude all liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize. Nothing in these Entry Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of their negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
20. The rules of the Competition are subject to the legal and regulatory restrictions imposed under the laws of England and Wales and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
21. Your name and address will be retained by the Promotor and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. Your personal details will not be passed onto third parties except as set out in clause 6 above. You may be contacted by the Promotor unless you opt out of further communications. By submitting an entry, you consent to the Promoter processing and using your data for the purposes of administrating the Competition.
22. The name and counties of the winners will be available by sending an email to info@thepizzacompanyuk.com which will be available after 10/12/24 for 6 weeks. If you do not consent to your name being made available if you win a Prize, please email info@thepizzacompanyuk.com when entering the Competition.

25. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Promoter and their subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt of, use or misuse of any prize.
26. The Released Parties are not responsible for:
26.1 Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Competition;
26.2 Technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer account resulting from participating in this Competition, or mistranscribed data;
26.3 Unauthorized human intervention or human error which may occur in any part of the entry process or the process for allocating the prize(s);
26.4 Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of theCompetition or the processing of entries;
26.5 Late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen post; or
26.6 Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant's participation in the Competition or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Competition, if it is possible. Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit the Released Parties' liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability the exclusion or limitation of which is prohibited by law.
27. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
28. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with, inaudible or indecipherable will not be valid and deemed void.
29. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Competition.
30. Entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer or completed in bulk, will not be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with these terms and conditions.
31. No responsibility can be accepted for entries or claims that are not submitted on time or in full, lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed via e-mail/phone, regardless of cause, including, but not limited to, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or corrupted webpages.
32. The winners and their companions are responsible for any expenses which may be incurred by the winners in claiming any prize.
33. The Promoter's decision is final in relation to promotional matters and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
34. In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material, these terms shall prevail.
35. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe:
35.1 there has been a breach of the set terms and conditions;
35.2 there has been a breach of any law;
or 35.3 there has been a breach of any instructions forming part of this promotion's entry requirements or otherwise;
35.4 a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means;
35.5 an entry infringes any right;
or 37.6 the participant's conduct is contrary to the spirit or the intention of the Competition.
36. Except to the extent that the Promoter is prevented by law from doing so and unless you have indicated that you do not consent to your personal data being made available if you win a prize, a list of winners will be available by emailing info@thepizzacompanyuk.com unless otherwise stated, after the close of the Competition and for a period of 6 weeks. Only the first name, surname and county of the winners will be disclosed.
37. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions (or any part thereof) is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions (or part thereof) will remain in full force and effect.
38. Data Protection: Where you participate in a Competition, your personal data shall be processed in accordance with our Privacy Statement available here thepizzacompanyuk.com/privacypolicy . By submitting an entry, the participant acknowledges that the processing of his/her personal data is necessary for the Promoter to fulfil its obligations to the participant in respect of the Competition and to enable you to enter the Competition, visit and use the Promotor’s Website and/or to claim any prize you may win. You confirm and warrant that all data provided by you for these purposes are accurate. If the participant exercises his/her right to object to the processing of such personal data with the consequence that it is not possible to administer the Competition in respect of that participant, his/her participation may be cancelled.
39. Participation in this Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of entry.
40. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking any prizes. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guests from participation in any aspect of the prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the prize or if the winner and/or their companions act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.
41. Winners and guests may not publicise their participation in the Competition and/or prizes won without the express prior written consent of Promoter.
