1.1 The Pizza Company Summer Prizes Promotion is a 13-week Promotion in which entrants can play and instant win a range of prizes from The Pizza Company and On the Beach. Entries to the Summer Prizes Promotion Spin & Win game will also go into a Superstar prize draw. The draw for the Superstar prize will take place at the end of the Promotion period at 17.30 on 28 September 2026. Every entrant will also be able to claim a £60 off On the Beach voucher.
1.2. The Promoter is Bakkavor Foods Limited t/a The Pizza Company and prizes are supplied by The Pizza Company and On the Beach.
1.3. To enter the Promotion, entrants must buy a qualifying The Pizza Company Promotional pizza and go to www.thepizzacompnayuk.com/onthebeach and enter their contact details and the 13-digit barcode number found on the back of the Promotional pizza pack. Entrants can then play the Spin & Win game to instant win prizes and will also be entered into the Superstar prize draw that will be drawn at the end of the Promotion period.
1.4. Please retain pack and receipt as proof of purchase. Proof in the form of a valid receipt showing the date and location of purchase may be requested to verify that the Promotion terms and conditions have been adhered to.

All data shared with The Pizza Company when participating in the Summer Prizes Promotion and where the entrant has opted in to data sharing with On the Beach will be subject to additional Privacy Policy of On the Beach. 1.12. Winners will be notified instantly within the Spin & Win game (winners are selected using pre-determined winning moments) and a confirmation email detailing a winner’s prize will be sent to each specific winner.
1.13. For the Superstar Prize draw, the winner will be chosen at random through a computer-generated process from all entrants to the Summer Prizes Promotion during the Promotional period (starting at 00:00 on 14 June 2026 and ending at 23:59 on 14 September 2026). The draw will take place on 28 September 2026 as outlined in the “Abbreviated Terms & Conditions” on pack.
1.14. Prizes are subject to specific terms and conditions related to each prize and the entry terms and conditions of the Promotion in full.
1.15. How to enter:
Customers must undertake the following steps:
1. Purchase a qualifying The Pizza Company Promotional pizza pack.
2. Visit thepizzacompanyuk.com/onthebeach.
3. Enter their contact details (full name, mobile number, email address and home address).
4. Enter their 13-digit barcode found on the back of a Promotional pizza pack.
5. Agree to the Promotional terms and conditions (tick box).
6. Agree to The Pizza Company Privacy Policy (tick box).
7. Pass a reCAPTCHA security step to validate it is a ‘human’ entering.
8. Play the Spin & Win game to see if they are a prize winner.
9.All entrants will receive a triggered email giving them information about the voucher and a link to be able to open an On the Beach customer account and have a £60 credit added to their account.

2.0. The Summer Prizes Promotion prize list and terms:
2.1. Superstar Prize: 1 x £5,000 holiday credit voucher to be used on a qualifying On the Beach holiday. Subject to On the Beach prize terms and conditions. (See below for details).
2.2. For the Superstar Prize draw, the winner will be chosen at random through a computer-generated process from all entrants to each the Summer Prizes Promotion during the Promotional period (starting at 00:00 on 14 June 2026 and ending at 23:59 on 14 September 2026). The draw will take place on 28 September 2026 as outlined in the “Abbreviated Terms & Conditions” on pack.
2.3. Winners of the Superstar Prize will be notified using the email address provided with their entry. Winners’ names will also be published on The Pizza Company Facebook and Instagram pages. If any winners would like their name not to be published, please email info@thepizzacompanyuk.com to make this request.  
2.4. Level 1 On the Beach prizes: A total of 19 prizes supplied by On the Beach and The Pizza Company. Including the following:

All prizes are subject to availability, and exact models may vary. If any of the products listed above are unavailable, alternative products of equal value will be provided. Prize may need to be signed for on delivery, and it is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that all items are present, correct and undamaged. Winner is responsible for ensuring that any delivery notes are checked on receipt. Prize excludes anything not expressly listed above. Due to industry-wide supply chain issues, there may be unforeseen delays to deliveries of physical prizes. We will endeavour to deliver to winners as quickly as possible. 2.9. Level 2 The Pizza Company Prizes (750x £5 off The Pizza Company Meal Deal vouchers): Each winner will receive 1x £5 off a Pizza Company Meal Deal for use in large Tesco stores only. The voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue. It may be used as full or part payment towards your next purchase of a £10 The Pizza Company Meal Deal*. Only one coupon can be used against each £10 Meal Deal purchased. Coupon must be presented at the time of purchase, can only be used once and must be surrendered upon use. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, Promotion, discount or other coupon (except the £10 The Pizza Company Meal Deal). Only original and undamaged coupons accepted. Void if altered or tampered with. Not for sale or auction. Redeemable at large Tesco stores only. *Clubcard/ app only. £10 deal with Clubcard only.  
2.10. On the Beach will supply every entrant with a £60 off On the Beach voucher. This will be supplied by applying a credit of £60 to a valid On the Beach customer account. Each entrant will receive a triggered email giving them information about the voucher and a link to be able to open an On the Beach customer account and have a £60 credit added to their account.
2.11. Promotion Period: The Promotion starts at 00:00 on 14 June 2026 and ends at 23:59 on 14 September 2026.

Abbreviated On the Beach £60 voucher terms and conditions from the Promotional packs: *£60 off On the Beach Voucher T&Cs (usable with a minimum cost of £2,000 for flights & accommodation): The Pizza Company is The Promoter of this Promotion. 18+. UK residents only. Promotion starts at 00:00 on 14.06.26 & ends at 23:59 on 14.09.26. Every pack and subsequent Spin & Win game play entry will receive a £60 off On the Beach credit voucher to redeem against an On the Beach UK package holiday (including flights & accommodation) departing between 14.06.26 and 31.12.27 (inclusive) for a minimum of 2 adults with a minimum spend of £2000. Voucher must be claimed before 14.01.27. Flights & accommodation must cost £2000+.  Excludes cruise & group bookings. Voucher cannot be applied retrospectively, used against the deposit or any existing booking. Voucher must be used against one booking only & is not stackable. Part redemption is not permitted. 2.14. The On the Beach £60 off voucher is subject to all the Summer Prizes Promotion Entry Terms and Conditions.  

2.15. The following terms apply to the On the Beach UK (“OTB”) £5,000 credit voucher (“Superstar Prize”), £1,000 credit voucher (“Level 1 On the Beach Prize”) and £60 off £2000 min spend voucher (“£60 Voucher”), together the “Credit Voucher”).

- Recipient / Winner must have or create an account with OTB to claim the Credit Voucher. Credit Voucher will be added to your OTB account wallet within 48 hours of claiming.
- Credit Voucher can be redeemed against any OTB UK package holiday (including flights and accommodation) for any departure date listed on www.onthebeach.co.uk and booked via our website or app.  Excludes Cruises and group bookings. Some dates may not be available for the winner to book which will be made known to the winner at the time of booking.
- £60 Voucher must be redeemed against a holiday worth £2000 or more. Flights and accommodation must cost £2000 or more. Voucher must be claimed before 14.01.27 and valid on holidays departing between 14.06.26 and 31.12.2027 (inclusive). Any extras purchased as part of the booking including, without limitation, transfers, hold bags, travel insurance and airport parking are included in the minimum spend. The Credit Voucher is valid for use by the recipient only. Recipient must be logged into the same account as the one the credit voucher was applied to.  No extension is possible.
- The £5k voucher and £1k voucher must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue for any future travel date. No extension is possible.
- Credit Voucher must be applied at the time of booking. Credit Voucher cannot be retrospectively applied.
- The Credit Voucher can be used against one booking only and is not stackable. It must be redeemed in full (partial redemption not permitted) and can only be used against bookings where the balance of the holiday exceeds the stated Credit Voucher value.
- The Credit Voucher will be applied to the total amount of the holiday and cannot be used against the deposit.
- If the future OTB package holiday booking is cancelled after voucher redemption, the Credit Voucher will not be refunded, nor can it be applied to a different booking.
- Credit Voucher is one-time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other OTB offer or promotion.
- Credit Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. OTB reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
- OTB reserves the right to cancel and reclaim the value of the Credit Voucher for breach of these terms including, without limitation, where the credit voucher is transferred.
- OTB is not responsible for any Credit Voucher that is lost, stolen, deleted, or used without permission.
- Any fees or costs associated with or incidental to the acceptance or use of the credit voucher (other than delivery of the same in accordance with these terms) will be the responsibility of the winner.
- The voucher is not covered by ABTA’s scheme of financial protection.Bookings made using the Credit Voucher are subject to OTB’s terms of business which can be found at https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/terms_of_business (“Terms and Conditions”), and the terms and conditions of the suppliers of the flights, accommodation and any transfers which are available on request.
- At least one member of the travelling party must be aged over 18 or over.
- Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the Terms and Conditions. Any changes made after booking are subject to amendment fees as detailed in the Terms and Conditions.
- Any amounts payable locally such as resort fees, tourist and/or other taxes will be the responsibility of the customer and their travel companions.
- The winner and their travel companions are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel, hold all adequate travel insurance policies, and comply with any other terms and conditions applicable to this offer.
- The winner and their travel companions are responsible for informing OTB of any wheelchair or similar access requirements required for the customer and/or any travel companions when making a booking, and adhering to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, OTB, its agents and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Credit Voucher except where it is caused by the negligence of OTB, its employees, agents or distributors. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

Winners may also be announced each week via The Pizza Company Facebook page and will be notified by email. If you do not consent to your name being published on The Pizza Company Facebook page if you win a prize, please email info@thepizzacompanyuk.com when entering the Promotion.
3.3. All entries to the Spin & Win game will go into a final prize draw to win the Superstar prize. For the Superstar Prize draw, the winner will be chosen at random through a computer-generated process from all entrants to each the Summer Prizes Promotion during the Promotional period (starting at 00:00 on 14 June 2026 and ending at 23:59 on 14 September 2026). The draw will take place on 28 September 2026 as outlined in the “Abbreviated Terms & Conditions” on pack.
3.4. Winner of the Superstar Prize will be notified using the email address provided with their entry. Winner’s names will also be published on The Pizza Company Facebook and Instagram pages. If any winners would like their name not to be published, please email info@thepizzacompanyuk.com to make this request.  
3.5. Please see The Promoter’s Privacy Policy here, which sets out the terms on which The Promoter processes any personal data collected from you. By using the Promotor’s website and entering the Promotion or filling the entry form, you acknowledge that the processing is necessary for The Promoter to fulfil its obligations to you in respect of this Promotion and to enable you to enter the Promotion. You agree to The Promoter transferring your personal data to On the Beach for the purpose of the fulfilment of prizes. You warrant that all personal data provided by you for the purpose of the Promotion is accurate and truthful.
3.6. By entering the Promotion, the participant agrees to be unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions.
3.7. The Promoter takes no responsibility for prize winner's claims that are lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt or of prize entitlement. Receipts will not be returned.
3.8. No responsibility is accepted for any incomplete, ineligible entries (which may be disqualified at The Promoter's discretion) or entries which fail to arrive if requested.
3.9. Bulk entries made from trade; consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
3.10. There are no cash or other alternatives in whole or in part to the stated prizes and unless otherwise agreed in writing by The Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
3.11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond The Promoter’s control.
3.12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase, address and identity details (which they must provide within 7 days) and refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.13. Please allow up to 35 days for delivery of prizes from the date of winner confirmation.
3.14. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, The Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the prize is organised. Once the prize details including the details of any guests, dates, locations and activities are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
3.15. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of The Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects the proper operation of this Promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid disappointment.
3.16. Insofar as permitted by law and without prejudice to entrants’ statutory rights, The Promoter and On the Beach cannot accept any responsibility and exclude all liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize. Nothing in these Entry Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit The Promoter’s or On the Beach’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of their negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
3.17. The rules of the Promotion are subject to the legal and regulatory restrictions imposed under the laws of England and Wales and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
3.18. Your name and address will be retained by The Promoter and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. Your personal details will not be passed onto third parties except as set out in clause 5 above. You may be contacted by The Promoter unless you opt out of further communications. By submitting an entry, you consent to The Promoter processing and using your data for the purposes of administrating the Competition.
3.19. The name and counties of the winners will be available by sending an email to info@thepizzacompanyuk.com which will be available after 28 September 2026 for 6 weeks. If you do not consent to your name being made available if you win a prize, please email info@thepizzacompanyuk.com when entering the Promotion.
3.20. For any queries relating to the Promotion, including delivery of prizes and prizes with damage when delivered please email info@thepizzacompanyuk.com.
3.21. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any third-party products or services. To report any technical faults, issues with prizes please contact The Pizza Company on info@thepizzacompanyuk.com.
3.22. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless The Promoter and On the Beach and their subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt of, use or misuse of any prize.  
3.23. The Released Parties are not responsible for:
3.24. Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion;
3.25. Technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer account resulting from participating in this Promotion, or mis-transcribed data;
3.26. Unauthorized human intervention or human error which may occur in any part of the entry process or the process for allocating the prize(s);
3.27. Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries;
3.28. Late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen post; or
3.29. Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason, an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, if it is possible. Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit the Released Parties' liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability the exclusion or limitation of which is prohibited by law.
3.30. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
3.31. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with, inaudible or indecipherable will not be valid and deemed void.
3.32. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion.
3.33. Entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer or completed in bulk, will not be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with these terms and conditions.
3.34. No responsibility can be accepted for entries or claims that are not submitted on time or in full, lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed via e-mail/phone, regardless of cause, including, but not limited to, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or corrupted webpages.
3.35. The winners and their companions are responsible for any expenses which may be incurred by the winners in claiming any prize.
3.36. The Promoter's decision is final in relation to Promotional matters, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
3.37. In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the details in the Promotional material, these terms shall prevail.
3.38. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, including but not limited to asking for address and identity details and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe:
3.39. there has been a breach of the set terms and conditions;
3.40. there has been a breach of any law; or
3.41. there has been a breach of any instructions forming part of this Promotion's entry requirements or otherwise;
3.42. a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means;  
3.43. an entry infringes any right; or
3.44. the participant's conduct is contrary to the spirit or the intention of the Promotion.
3.45. Except to the extent that The Promoter is prevented by law from doing so and unless the participant has indicated that they do not consent to their personal data being made available if they win a prize, a list of winners will be available by emailing info@thepizzacompanyuk.com unless otherwise stated, after the close of the Promotion and for a period of 6 weeks. Only the first name, surname and county of the winners will be disclosed.
3.46. If any provision of these terms and conditions (or any part thereof) is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions (or part thereof) will remain in full force and effect.

By submitting an entry, the participant acknowledges that the processing of his/her personal data is necessary for The Promoter to fulfil its obligations to the participant in respect of the Competition and to enable the participant to enter the Promotion, visit and use the Promotor’s Website and/or to claim any prize they may win. The participant confirms and warrants that all data provided by them for these purposes are accurate. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guests from participation in any aspect of the prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of The Promoter or any companies associated with the prize or if the winner and/or their guests act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of The Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.
